I tried this site when i discovered it. The site is complicated, nothing is clear. It seems built to be misleading and make players take decisions without knowing what they are really signing for. Chat says if i deposit i'll get the bonus to then once deposit done tell me i need to be vip to have offers and need to wager a stupid high amount before i get there. I lost straight 0 and never returned. If you want to play there, be ready to sit for a couple hours and read all the terms and everything to figure out what you are going to jump into.

No free chip offer to try out the software. That's always a no go for me. I learned that after I deposited here and lost everything. Then I got dozens of emails with offers to come try again, but no free chip or free spins offers. I feel like other casinos are more worth my time and money.

I could not believe that they are allowed to do this, not that I was planning to play here but this is the more reason not to play at their casino. This casino was really dissapointing and not because they are bad operators but the quality of the casino is horrible. If you try to play here on your mobile device it can be very difficult to do so. For instance i tried to play on there dice platform on my phone and half of the screen was not on my screen which means i couldn't even play the game. They really need to work on there usability and functionality because it looks like a bunch of 5 year olds put this casino together. The only half decent working game on here is there poker platform. However there are not too many players so it can be difficult finding a good poker game to play or join. They did give me a free poker game when i joined with a 50mbtc pool which was cool but i got booted in the second round, go figure.

The support is abysmal and ignores tickets that require compensation. They refused to pay out a jackpot to a player who won it, then proceeded to change the ToS without altering the "Last updated" date to try and sneak the rules in after the fact, allowed colluders to play in a "no collusion" freeroll for poker, and are just overall bad. If there was a negative rating, then I'd give it.

I see more negative comments about Betcoin, and I wonder if anyone can give me any personal experience where Betcoin did you wrong? If Betsoft software is the problem you have with them, then you must have a problem with BitStarz, 7bit, Bitcoin.io, VegasCasino.io, BetChain, BetChan and any other Bitcoin casino operating their games still. I have gotten to know a little about the staff there and thus far, they seem to WANT to do right by there players. I realize this doesn't always happen, since you can't please everyone all the time, but I have witnessed a genuine effort from the admin/support staff in addressing any player concerns. I love the concept of playing on-line casino games, mainly because of the prospect of having my winnings delivered straight back to my digital wallet instantly, though this casino (and many of the other popular bitcoin casinos) have moved away from the initial model whereby every bet was conducted as a single transaction and winnings were committed immediately back to your bitcoin address, which is a real shame. Betcoin, well it's that on the online web there aren't so many bitcoin casinos so betcoin was pretty high on google, i made my first deposit a pretty while ago before they jackpot problem came on the web, well i never expect or expected to hit any jackpot on betsoft games, because only way to hit is to play max bet! but for example true sheriff slots pays terrible good many times i got 5 wilds with the ''gun wild feature' and the higher the bet the higher it pays, like on 90 cents bet it pays 9000 credits (90 mbtc) and i hit this plenty of times, but also that stops in the end;) further more betcoin is not fast with processing cashouts most bitcoin casinos i play are sending winnings under 10 minutes because bitcoin is a fast process. but betcoin is slow with processing. they still have plenty of people playing there, maybe they need to add different gaming providers, then only betsoft. support is also many times really slowly on responding and promotion's aren't special.

Betcoin is a great example of how NOT to run a casino. They lie cheat and steal from everyone, then bribe whoever notices to keep quiet. this was actually the very first online casino i ever played at ever, starting around 2009 or maybe 2010... i've had many successful withdrawals from them, though i never won any huge jackpots (i think my biggest win/withdrawal was something along the lines of $1400 usd - withdrawn in bitcoin of course)
