The live chat support responds quite quickly, and they are very helpful. KYC verification unnecessarily extensive and very slow. credit card seems to be the best option for deposit method. Withdrawal is still unknown area , at least for me.

Layout is good and customer service is ok just not a fan of the software providers and not enough bonuses.

I've had a rather disappointing experience with Winport. While the games are decent, the bonus terms are excessively restrictive. The wagering requirements are incredibly high, and the time limits are unreasonably short. This makes it nearly impossible to actually benefit from the bonuses. I think that this casino has very good games and better graphics on the games their games are more up to date and the payout on the games is good. I just wish that more the games are open when you play with the bonus dollars

I took at 310% deposit bonus with 35x playthrough, intending to play some video poker, which only contributes 15% toward playthrough. I was doing as expected, within 1% of 100% payout while I was wagering $0.10 and $0.15 per hand, but as I increased from $0.20 to $0.25 per hand to reduce playthrough time, my returns dropped drastically, from 95% to 85%, which is comparable to slots which contribute 100% to playthrough. Not fun, as I am not the kind who enjoys experiencing statistically anomalous bad luck. I wish I had read a review like this while doing my research on where to deposit my money and time, I would have avoided this very inconsistent experience. Depositing was easy, but from what I understand, withdrawing is somewhat more difficult, and I wasn't encouraged by my experience to take advantage of their offer to replace my stake had I lost it all. Gameplay might be enjoyable if you experience the full pay advertised on the paytable.

I don't think that I have played at Winport Casino yet, but from what I see from the pictures and other members comments it looks like it will be a pretty good casino to play at.
