I learned of and signed up for prior to becoming an LCB member. I can say it is the same games as extreme and the majority of other online casinos offer. Their KYC was a complete joke. I signed up and won on a no deposit bonus. To say I had to jump through a thousand hoops would be an understatement. Each representative tells you a new story as to why after one month they couldn't provide an update. I would not recommend this casino to my worst enemy.

The verification process is too long, there are always errors when trying to make a deposit, and they may block your deposits, if you are not in the mood to pass the verification process, as mine actually. But I was satisfied with the customer support chat, operator helped me to solve all of my pobs.

My experience was good because I won lol but through the verification process they didn't accept any of the banks I used. So i had to open an additional acct and got everything taken care of. Good experience other than that.

This was one of the first casinos I found and tried out. I was playing very frequently at Bovegas. I never got to cashout there, and they could come off of some free chips to account holders way more than they do. I like certain games at the RTG casinos like keno, cleopatra, alladins gold, build a beaver. The customer service is really good there and they do seem to try to please the gambler as far as that goes, I would rather play where i get weekly free chips after I deposit instead of only when i can deposit.

BoVegas to me is just an average RTG casino to me nothing in particular stands out to me . They have treated me alright given Birthday Chip and been kind. I haven't won any money from this casino or any RTG casino. I was a bit surprised that BoVegas is actually accepting players from my country. I am not a fan of RTG casino due my bad experiences with a few of them which lead to losing money, a lot of it. BoVegas offers freebies quite regularly and that should be a good thing, well it is only a good thing if you're a regular player at this casino. The do not allow 2 or more freebies in a row, if did then you can expect to lose the winning. BoVegas is not a good RTG casino and I do not recommend this casino at all. This casino has too many negative feedback and that should ring your bells.

The weekly limits are not something they should be proud of but they do have very nice bonuses. Take them and go!

I opened an account in this casino and I played a private tournament "Halloween november tournament". I contacted the support to know if the tournament prizes are real money or bonus momeny with wagering requirements attached. I spent 15 minutes with the support and they didn't know there's a tournament in their own casino... It's the only one tournament in this casino so it should not be difficult to find it... but they don't. I sent them the tournament ID to help them... but they stopped chatting and didn't answer to my simple question about the tournament... I surely will never deposit in this casino till their support is so bad...

I can also confirm that this casino is shady. They stalled my payout requests (re-requesting documents 6 times - with 3 day increments in between each request). I had to spend a lot of time on the chat and phone just to get verified for payment. I finally got my wire (2 months of waiting in total). And the only reason they did send it was because of my promise to keep playing big. When I finally requested to close my account they came back and falsely accused me of reversing a deposit from 4 months ago. Of course I did not and even verified that with my bank. The representatives on the chat were threatening (saying I would be globally banned if I didn't "cooperate" with them). It was like dealing with a lone shark or mafia. These people are crooked. There are several good casinos out there. This is not one of them.

So I played and won. Then they withdrew all the bonuses they gave me and out of the $1,800 I requested only $250 was approved but I could request to withdrawal again. Now they have blocked me from using coupons "managements decision". I could see if I didn't continue to play or deposit more money but I did. This place is such a scam. There is nothing different from other RTG casino. I think their banking system still not working well. The option of depositing is just master and visa credit card. I still do not know about withdrawing because I can not make a playthrough amount.
