Decided to update my review: although I never managed to get help from support via email or LCB, last week they sent me another promotional email and I decided to have a chat with support, without any big expectations. Luckily enough, after about 10 minutes talking with an agent, they managed to change my password, gave me a new one and I was able to login. I was told my account was blocked however I never managed to change the password myself. However, they proved to be a decent casino and helped me out so I'm able to play there in the future.

I signed up at this casino around a month ago when I saw people posting about their no deposit bonus offer, got it without any problems and had a nice time. Then I got another offer sent to my email, this time I wasn't able to login into my account via desktop (mobile was fine). Wasn't able to reset the password, talked to support as my account got blocked without any reason, support couldn't explain why it happened and never helped me to fix the problem so I decided to not bother with them anymore.

This casino has a good amount of games, average bonuses but that is it. Live chat is friendly but not always fully knowledge how to fix issues. I won a big amount from the free spins promotion but it took them 4 days to add the winnings to my account and they only added 75% of the amount won. It is an unfair casino in my opinion.
