I registered and eon and submitted documents. They voided it because apparently years ago a previous resident/tendant the stayed here before me previously had claimed a no deposit bonus. They didn't care that I had no idea or relationship with the person. So j requested my account be deleted and that's when I realized they don't offer good responsible gaming practices. They make you fill out a form that then takes two business day to process and in it there asking what they can do to get you to stay. Like dudes not cool if I had an addiction issue, which I don't. I have a You A D!CK Issue when you clearing see that there no relation or knowledge of the previous person but stick strictly to you terms and conditions in order to void out winnings. Shame ful. I offered to send them copy of my lease which would show my move in date and lists all the people staying with me.

Withdraws aren’t as quick as I’d like. Games seem laggy but it has potential. A pretty big variety here.

Positive The customer service is great. Best of all, my withdrawal was already in my bank account by the next week. Their bonuses are not as flashy as some other RTG casinos. But in realty, most of the other RTG casinos w/ big bonuses take forever to pay your winnings. They do have a decent payout system with blackjacks paying out slightly more, so you end up winning back some of the edge of the casino. The other problem is the graphics are slightly substandard.

The good thing is they are one of the trusted RTG casinos. The manager/owner Karolina has been in the RTG industry for many many years and actually managed a good rtg group but then got took over by new owners that went rogue. She made a good decision, left them and started her own up. So you have someone with morals at the head of the casino. The problem is, the returns on the games on RTG are a nightmare. They are very very very hard to win on and you can go through 100-200 deposits straight without a single win. They also remove the bonus amount after wager and the wager on bonuses is insanely high. They should do better and change wager and allow people to cashout bonus money like almost every other casino. IF you dont mind any of that well this casino can be trusted to pay you. I do play here once and awhile and have been paid any time I won within a couple days.

I like playing at this casino because I trust them to process my withdrawals if I am lucky enough to request one. However, they sometimes have software issues - one time I remember specifically as the games were just so SLOOOOOW. I mentioned something to there chat support which was brushed off. A few days later they send an email stating something along the lines of... "We know our games and software were not working properly... Sorry! Here's a deposit match bonus code." I played the no deposit bonus and tried to withdraw Bitcoin but they wouldn't let me. You can deposit bit coin all you want but their withdrawal is in testing. It's still mandatory to get your account verified (which includes a $35 deposit and emailed IDs) before cashing out with a bank transfer or courier check for a steep 25 dollar fee. So after playing through to release the bonus funds, I had over $200 but with the fee I had to have an extra $35 to verify my account and $25 to cash out. My review would be positive if they would have offered Bitcoin withdrawals and squashed the deposit requirement for ID verification. I would have actually made a Bitcoin deposit and played that money if they offered quicker withdrawals in Bitcoin. For these reasons I rated a 1.6 despite an otherwise pleasant experience. Customer service would have pursuaded me to wait 2 weeks and come back when they have their Bitcoin withdrawals going if they would have offered me another no deposit bonus to compensate for their misinforming posting.
