Another Slow-Pay or No-Pay Casino!! I have deposited and played at this casino several times in the last few years but have not cashed out here for a year or longer. i'm becoming increasingly concerned about the integrity of this casino. I deposited twice there (once with a bonus and once without). I sent in all authorization forms and docs a couple times because they'll tell you they didn't receive them or something is not quite right, etc. Yesterday, I reversed one of my withdrawls because they are very slow to approve documentation. I won some more and then tried to withdrawl. This time the cashier said I needed to submit a verification form and "withdrawl not allowed". I've never seen this error message in an online casino. I contacted support a few times during this entire process and once again after this most recent error message. They told me to send in a screen shot and they would look into it. I don't know if this is a casino where you can deposit but not withdrawl, but that's how I'm feeling right now. They never send follow-up emails or correspondence. The download casino gives much smoother and faster game play than the desktop version, although the window in the download casino cannot be enlarged, so the games remain somewhat small.
