Aww Fortunejack is a love-hate when it comes to our relationship. This was my first Bitcoin casino I played at back in 2014. I have had ups and downs throughout that time. I have spent a ton of money here as well. You know I thought when they did the redesign and the new player loyalty program things were looking up but I was sorry dissapointed. See they never had a loyalty program until recently unless you were a whale. But even now the program is trash. The wins seem far and few in, the cashouts are pretty fast although sometimes it can be delayed from technical issues. I remember back in December of 2017 right when Bitcoin was peaking around 21k, a mutual player referred me to their VIP manager who was know to help out players with bonus chips even if you weren't a VIP. So I emailed him and he ended up giving me a $800 bonus chip to be wagered 50x of course. I imagine it was so high because I never received anything before that and I spent alot but I wasn't a whale. In any case I said there's no way in hell I'll be able to wager that. Never say never, I manged to wager the whole amount and cleared the requirements and ended up winning a total of 17k mostly from Gameart slots. Here's the best part, I withdrew about $1500 and lost the rest. Makes me sick thinking about it to this day. Other than that I would win a couple hundred but nothing great. Compared to other Bitcoin casinos FortuneJack rates low. There are not that many slot games to choose from even though I have seen it advertised that they have over 1000 slot games. The support comes off pretty cold. From recent experience this casino does not keep their players informed about what is going on with the casino. I understand all casinos have technical difficulties every once in awhile, and it is no big deal... but when technical difficulties are occurring and players are not kept in the loop... it really is unfair to both the casino (players having a negative experience and sharing that with others) and players (feeling cheated by a casino you deposited money at to play)...
