This one just gave me a weird feeling from the getgo. Im pretty a familiar with all the games, but i never take bonuses and this one was pretty over and done quick. I would rather play a different RTG casino that is more comfortable i guess. If you take bonuses,, try this, if you always deposit clean or like no deposit confuses, pass.

It has a nice selection of games. Depositing was easy and customer service really helped expedite the process but for withdrawing on the other hand was slightly more difficult kyc process took longer than it should have but withdrawing only took a few days

This casino is only good for players from US and Canada. Others players haves doubles wagering requirements for bonuses and promotions. For NDB of 44$ is wagering x70, but only for USA & CA. I would put this casino in the category of better than betsoft low quality options but not as good as premium tier online platforms. I'm honestly so confused how this casino and the other sister sites have such high ratings with LCB. Intirely top long for verification. Shouldn't take five to 7 days to look at 3 pictures one being a selfie & other 2 front & back of a drivers license.

While I understand the need for security measures, the casino's verification requirements were excessively time-consuming and convoluted. This prolonged the withdrawal process and added unnecessary hurdles, making it even more frustrating to access my funds.

I would honestly stay away from this casino and the other casinos that are sister sites to it. They are shady, the process to verify your qccount and cashout is too long and the games do not hit like some of the other real time gaming casinos. Nothing about this site is special. Everything is just running the mail copycat our TG with no original style or flavor added. Many years ago when I join customer support was email only which is a nightmare as we all know. And their games played so tight it was laughable I haven’t tried it in a while hopefully they’ve improved but I doubt it

Takes a month minimum to payout. In my most recent payout, they retroactively decided to count splits and double downs as exceeding the $20 bet limit so that they could steal almost $2000 from my winnings.

Deposited $175 with a 500% bonus, had the balance well over $9000 when I cashed out. My max cash was $3500, got notified today that $2000 was paid out to my Bitcoin wallet. The withdrawal took about 3 weeks, but I did get paid, and I will say that versus other sites, this one, the games seem to payout more. The bonuses don't hit as often as I'd like, but that's luck. First thing I notice is the minimum deposit of $20 and a minimum withdrawal of $150. This tells me that they aren't expecting most to cashout unless your depositing $200 or more and have enough funds left after you lose some.

I originally signed up here as I had found out a no deposit bonus for signing up and verifying my account details. At first I didn't receive the bonus but I reached out to the customer support and they credited me with the bonus- it didn't last long and I lost pretty quickly. The game selection was average like for most RTG casinos, the instant play casino was lagging a bit which usually doesn't happen. upon joining the site i noticed a lot of different games to choose from. When i signed up through the lcb, the sign up bonus iwas not applied. I realized tat the email verification wasnt processed. I went to customer suport to try and get my email verified and the customer support wouldnt be available for 24 hours. I wasnt too happy about it but i decided to just hold off and wait it out. Another casino with rtg but what I do not understand is that they do not have ewallets to test the promotions many times, local banks do not accept the use of funds for casino games, so in my case, depositing through ewallets is basic, request Free spins as a new player or free chips and I was only told that for now only deposit bonuses, it is rare that an rtg casino does not provide free chips or spins. Boo. BORING! No free promotion whatsoever to try out the casino. On top of that, I spoke with support about withdrawal time-frames etc. I was told that withdrawals take 5-7 business days, and Bitcoin withdrawals "might take a little less time" but the support agent said " unable to give an exact timeframe due to every case being different" That to me sounds shady right off the bat. There shouldn't be different timeframes for each players account. If one deposits in say, Bitcoin, every player who deposits in Bitcoin should be given the same withdrawal time frame as any other player that deposits and withdraws with Bitcoin. From the way support made it sound is that EACH players account will vary in withdrawal times. Wierd.
