Did this on a Sunday morning and the verification page said it will take 2-10 minutes, it's Wednesday now and been more than 72 hours and every single day the live support just stalls, acts kind and helpful and just tells me to wait 24-48 hours again. I have screenshot proof of all of this.

The $10 didn’t even amount to what I’d already won within the bonus prior to it retriggering but failing to produce the additional spins... A scam. They let you win but my Drivers license picture that I had to hold up by my face was not clear. I requested a payout and I didn't worry about redeeming coupons because I wasn't aware I was in violation of any policies since I had previously received a payout after using 2 coupons while that payout was pending. I understand the need for a no coupon policy while awaiting a withdrawal because you wouldn't want someone to win more money when they are unable to make a deposit and you are in business to bring in revenue, however, when a deposit is made using a coupon which results in a substantial payout is by definition business as usual. I claimed a match bonus here last month that came with spins. Lost the original bonus but won the max allowed with the spins 250. They have turned my pics down 3 times. They have a decent selection of games but I am not a fan of the fact that they have only RTG games as they are certainly not my favorite provider. After signing up I tried to sign in and it said I have been blocked from signing in and to contact support. So i do and they say "Unfortunately, your account has been closed, due to not passing the casino's security filters. This may have been a result of some issues with another online merchant." I've never had any issues with any merchant before so I haven't a clue what they are talking about. Don't waste your time after the person I was chatting with said that they just keep saying they will not let me hold an account there and wont specify any details behind their reason.

I liked the green and black graphics in the lobby and cashier, but I don’t think that’s enough to differentiate it from any of the others using this software.

I enjoyed this casino, I got to play 2 coupons however wasn't able to claim the LCB15 coupon and I joined from here. I think this casino is horrible. I've deposited 3 times now and have not won anything. The bonuses didn't come around very often and in most cases they didn't come at all. The few times I did get a bonus round it didn't pay hardly anything. Very disappointed. I don't recommend this casino to anyone
