My girlfriend told me about this casino and got me to sign up. I’ve played, deposited, and finally went to cash out 100 bucks from free spins. It asks me to verify my account. No problem. I realize the birthday when set up somehow is set as my girlfriends bday, honest mistake as she helped me set up my account. I send a message for support letting them know my bday is incorrect and to get it changed as their website says to do. Also submit all my documents for verification. After a few days I received an email saying this account is being deactivated due to multiple accounts and to go to my other account *girlfriend’s username* and to get verified on that one. I reach out to support again thru email to let them know, and that we will both submit what is needed but no response yet. My girlfriend also logged in, and talked to like chat support and all the information she got was same info was used in both profiles. Yes the birthday was the same but that was an honest mistake that im trying to correct, and deactivating the account with only that one piece of info and not verifying her account was careless. She asked to have them verify her account so she uploaded her needed documentation and also emailed it as well. I sent another email advising she sent her verification in.
