As far as RTG casinos go these guys are another one part of a huge group ran by the same people. Pretty terrible odds when I played the welcome bonus. They don't offer instant payouts which is a major no no for me depositing real money.

Good bonus with a decent payout, in my opinion. The website design was a bit low quality, and I also don't like the slots offered as I find many of them to be poor copies of bigger providers.

I have played on this casino alot but i have never won. I like the bonuses but that's about it, seems to not be realistic to get a win.

The free spins were fun, and paid pretty decently. Seems like the payout time is the only problem I see with platinum reels.

A good looking site with a friendly approach. Fun slots that pay and an array of bonuses. Lacking on the free spins however and customer support is just ok. The biggest issue i have with this casino is their slow payment process, even after the first payment, withdrawals will still take several days.

Game play was good. Payout time, so far, is awful. I won on free spins and requested $100 BTC payout. I sent in my verification documents which were approved and played through a $10 BTC verification deposit which resulted in another $100 BTC payout request. So now I have 2 payout requests pending. One from 10/9 and one from 10/10. I've contacted customer support several times and am told that it's been approved, nothing further is needed, and it can take 2-3 days or 7-10 days or that my payment will be sent out within the next few hours. It's frustrating so I'm giving a 2.5 for now. I'll update my rating when or if my payout goes through.

i am not sure if I have reviewed this brand previously, but since their gaming format has changed to RTG, I feel I must comment anew they have the same pleasant customer service and the have most of the usual RTG casino bells and whistles. There is room for improvement in the following areas: The casino's software on the download version of the casino doesn't allow for full screen play. also, except for Thursdays, all of the match bonuses block play at most of the casino games. Other than that, I enjoy playing there. I had no trouble withdrawing my winnings from the casino. I highly recommend it.

I don't like casinos like this. First design of this site, lobby and whole casino is confusing. Also design is like in cartoon, there is not serious colors, classy look and atmosphere for gambling and i don't like places like that. This place is pretty much the bees knees. It is one of my favorite types of software which is the betonsoft or saucify. It does not make my computer act like a weirdo just by trying to play the instant play on their site.
