I have been playing Playamo Casino for a few years now , until recently as there support staff take too long to answer back. and if you have a problem they dont like to fix things up eg, I had deposited on a friday and using the reload friday bonus code , so when I went to ask for my free spins on the saturday night , I was told I didnt claim the bonus which I did, I continued talking to support and then Bob tells me I didnt use the correct bonus code, then I asked for aleast some free spins and Bob says no he cant add any spins , as he is sticking to the rules. what a joke the rules support make up themselves whenever they feel like it . The site is good, promotions are great and everything and they pay fast no problem. The thing here tho that lower greatly my rating is that their minimum cash out is 100e. That means everytime they offer you to deposit 20e you have to understand you'll need a solid miracle if you want to cash out. Also they give lots of free spins very often with their deposit bonuses but again you hit the same 100e minimum cashout wall which makes it extremely difficult if not nearly impossible to ever collect anything from them. Of course if you play higher stakes or don't plan to cash out less than 100e then you are good to go, the site is great, tons of slots, support is good and they pay fast without hassle. It's just a solid warning to the low rollers of this world as for myself i often if not always read terms but regularly forget to look at the minimum cash out and when you deposit 20e and get up to 60-70e and decided you had your fun and nice 3-4x the deposit in balance and then realize nope, you must continue or rip trying. Very Poor Support..I wanted to make a withdrawal ( from the LCB Free chip) The Verifiaction of documents is a joke,it took more than 1 week.The Support says they don't accept documents on PDF and IMG Format,Then the Support wanted also a Photo from me where i hold my passport. I found a bonus on Bitcoin Chaser and wagered it x50. When requesting withdrawal my account got disabled. I know for a fact I've never played at Playamo before nor anyone in my household. When I asked for prove of duplicate accounts they said that they don't provide that information. Why even advertise no deposit bonuses. It is so easy for them to just make up a story about duplicate accounts and cancel the withdrawals.

Omg, I have just been through hell. Seriously, words cannot even describe the experience I had with the customer service. I almost don't believe it happened. So I wagered nearly 400+ mBTC playing, thinking they had a 15% CashBack bonus (which I saw on here btw). I ended up losing it all and went to the live chat to ask about the CashBack. The REPRESENTATIVE kept copy and pasting "There are no bonuses available at this time" over and over and over. I asked for him to explain, not to just keep saying the same thing.
