I signed up…registration was easy. I followed the directions and got a free $15 chip on Aztec Warrriors. I was playing and was winning a lot and close to $100 up. Then all of a sudden a message -oppednup saying I was having network issues and the site closed down. I went back online to login and put in my username and password. They both didn’t work. So I said I forgot my password, and was instructed to give my email. I did this and no email ever showed up. In fact, my registration was gone , like I had never registered! What a total bummer, because I was way up from the $15. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. SHIFTY AND SHADY.

Slotgard casino was a major disappointment. The website design is outdated and looks cheap, making it difficult to navigate. The game selection is limited, and the overall experience feels subpar. I would not recommend this casino to anyone looking for a quality gaming experience.

If you enjoy the feeling of being frustrated when you hand over control of your own money into the hands of somebody else, then sure you might like this casino! I have never been to a real life casino where you have to wait to be paid your winnings when you're ready to cashout with the cashier. I put my money into the machine and/or the table where it is available immediately for my entertainment and when i want to put it back in my pocket, I can do so just as quickly as when I deposited it. I will never be able to wrap my head around why some of these online casino operators like this one are not able to do exaclty the same thing. Deposits are made available immediately and yet for some reason they will make you wait hours, days and sometimes even weeks before they pay you your winnings. There is no reason good enough that they could ever tell me that would justify making me wait so long. It makes me sick!

This casino takes longer and longer to payout. If you your withdrawal says "completed" and its a Bitcoin withdrawal, you should receive your funds that day. At Slotgard if a withdrawal is marked "completed" then they dont send the crypto till about 3 more days. There are to many other casinos that have quick withdrawals.

I have done a few withdrawals with this casino and even thought they take longer to pay they have always paid me until 4/22. They keep saying it will go out in 48 hours and that was on 4/25. Its is 5/1 and my withdrawal is still processing and they wont complete my withdrawal. I didnt use any type of bonus and won here so beware of this casino and deposit your funds somewhere else.

Scam casino. No dep bonus is a scam they will not pay you out. $15 coupon was smooth to redeem. Game ran real smooth on pc. Only thing i didn't like was not enough to play with the no bonus coupon.

I was able to claim the 15 free chip after registering and then I redeemed the welcome bonus and made a deposit and as soon as the account got funded I got kicked out and account locked. Contacted support and they requested documentation such as Id & proof of residence. I sent the documentation right away and now I have to wait 48 hours, 2 days for them to reveiw the copy of my passport and a piece of mail with my current address. Chat service was slow with a response time of 15 minutes in between conversations. Not impressed with my deposit hanging for 2 days

NDP was too complicated to receive and went faster than the registration process, any site giving less of a no deposit bonuse than what's required to deposit is automatically a no-go in my book.. united they're similar to Bovada and sister sites of them that don't control every win you may have so noticeably..
