I was denied a legitimate $180 BTC withdrawal request. $80 was taken from the balance and only $100 was actually put back into my balance when they erroneously declined my withdrawal. The explanation for their actions didn't make any sense with what had actually taken place. I had to write to the complaints dept on LCB forum and get the Slots Plus rep to reach out to the platform in an effort to find a resolution that reflected the fair gaming they are claiming to provide. First, they passed down false information to the rep and they promised they had put $50 out of that $80 they took back into the balance so I could withdraw the funds, but they hadn't actually followed through and after several more days of frustration finally they seemingly got their you know what together and sent me an email saying the payment was completed and they had sent $150.17 to my BTC address. Days later however, that transaction is still a mystery as they never provided me with a transaction hash to view it on the Blockchain and their god awful withdrawal support guy refuses to give it to me so they are still telling lies and being rude while doing so I hate this casino

I highly advise to spend your time and money elsewhere. Why? Well, I’ve been a depositing player at Slot’s Plus for over a year and they have awful customer support. My first withdrawal from their no-deposit Welcome Bonus, which took about a week. And I even had another withdrawal of a few hundreds in just three days. I did like this casino in the past . I had won several nice cash outs in the past The only problem I did not like was the length of time to process my withdrawal 3-4 weeks. However they did pay. On December 4th 2016 I started to play there again. I was able to cash out a 1000 on 12/4/16. Same problem as before I still had not received my wire transfer on 12/31/16. I logged onto their casino on 12/31/16 to find out on their chat line why I had not received my withdrawal request. To my surprise they canceled my withdrawal and put the $1000 back into play so I was forced to start the withdrawal all over again. Now I am very concerned if they even have any intention to pay at all.
