Okay, there was no deposit bonus for new players, so that was not a plus. However, I do think they offer good deposit bonuses for despositors. I like the games and I did hit big a few times, but then lost it all.

I did the whole sign up process went to check my email for verification got it verified went back to the site and said my password was incorrect ....so I hit the forgot password link and went through the whole process of resetting my password. Went back to the site to sign in and still said invalid password wtf!

Unfortunately, the poor performance of the support team made me disappointed in rejecting this casino. I activated 2FA for my account and then my program was deleted and I could not log into my account.

i signed up here recently. I played on some welcome free spins and didnt have anything to show for it. a few days later i made a deposit and actually won a good little $100 from a $25 deposit so i was happy to cash out. i sent in my verification documents which were approved in less than 24 hours, fastest experience ive had with account verification in some time. however the payout times are a bit longer then advertised about here on LCB's website. they do not process on weekends, which is kind of standard, even though is 2022 and we know crypto currency doesnt take that long to show up in our wallets once its actually sent, but i digress on that. My withdraw request along with my KYC documents were sent over 7/7 at approx 9:15am EST, I then got notified my documents approved, and payout confirmed "to be sent out in the next batch of payments" at ~ 4:45am EST 7/8. its now about 8pm 7/9 and I have not been paid out yet and upon reaching out to live chat, they said it wont be until "monday or friday at the latest." I really dont understand the delays to pay people out. I have branched out to other casinos because i often find myself stuck waiting on a payout from one place and still want to deposit and play but because of how most online casinos are, you cant deposit when your waiting on a withdraw or they want you to reverse your withdraws and keep playing and they also wont let you access promos during this time.
