Update on this casino groupafter my last review.My cashout was authorized last evening at about 6 pm my time and still have not been payed . Sorry but I've got to do this, I'm changing up my original review of "Superslots." It seems it's a setup to make you think that it's a decent place and they'll shovel a massive payout your way at first just to keep you coming back. Well, yesterday I logged in to see if they had any decent deposit match bonuses, mostly ones that dont have ridiculous wagering requirements attached to them. Keep track of the bonus codes you use with ssc. They keep sending emails with the same 3-4 bonus codes . They are a one time use. So even if they send a bonus code today you won't be able to use it if you used it last time they sent email with that bonus code. I couple of times I made deposits and tried to redeem a code I just git an email for . And was not redeemed. I don't keep track of bonus codes I use. I actually liked this site and deposited who knows how much money. I only had two payouts and one was just last week! Last night I went to request a withdrawal of $1000 and it’s been nothing but problems ever since! I have been told that they are going to call me but never do. Ok, so first, the bonus system is unnecessarily complicated. After your deposit is played out, you have to go through several screen and select a slot from a drop down menu EACH time you want to play. Then, literally NONE of the slots work for bonus play. You keep getting the same error message over and over again - especially on the high volatility slots. I feel like I just flushed $30 down the toilet. Their response? None. I actually liked playing some of these games. I've made a couple deposits but have never withdrew anything. The reason for the low rating is due to their customer service and "referral bonus". I referred a friend, she signed up using my link (this isnt either of our first rodeos) and made a qualifying deposit. However, I have yet to see the amazing referral bonus. I started a chat with their customer service rep who ultimately told me there was nothing he could do bc she didnt use my link to sign up and if I wanted to claim the bonus she would need to email them. Thought I was getting a good deal but instead got scammed... don’t deposit if you are expecting to use one of the bonuses on there promotion page
