To request self-exclusion, you need to try very hard - in the chat they offer to write to the mail, but they do not answer at all. And after numerous demands, the exclusion is still set in the chat. I don’t understand why there are so many good reviews about a casino, in which the withdrawal has to wait up to 7 days and it is impossible to establish a self-exclusion. I sign in this casino and right after log its look familiar. Search my email and found one more "welcome to casino" message 6 months ago. So i actually able to sign in twice with same details. When i ask support they some kind of say i am lier and close my ticket. I send few screenshots and just wait some explanation how is it possible and thts it. The never answer anymore just close ticket again without any word. Suspicious and rude way to solve this case. Never start deposit and play.
