I’m not a fan of unique casino. I registered and enjoyed the games available and the deposit methods available. It was 1 of my favourite casinos to play at BUT THEN I requested a withdrawl! And it’s all downhill fast from here! So a Long story short, they unpaid me my winnings! Reason for this: I played in AUD, I requested my withdrawl in AUD & they paid me in Euros?? Why this would change the amount I had requested to what I received I’m still not sure as they just stopped communicating with me! I'll just sum and say I like this casino. Probably because I won a little. That always helps. I played Chicago Gangsters by Playson. I love this game but I only saw my money dripping... Then I switched to Mystic Wolf. Unique is stalling a cashout of 1.500 euro for 4 days, I have been a loyal customer with them for more than one year, recently withdrawing has become a nightmare. Last time it took almost 2 weeks to get my money. This time they came out with the excuse I would have to provide an additional document (i am fully verified more than 1 year) a selfie with ID, which I did, and the reply was they need time to check so presumably the cash out will be processed next week. So far so good. Took the welcome bonus, won some money- having my withdrawal processed. To be honest I thought it will be a hassle- had some issues with the docs, they are very strict, and i had to resend them a few times, but it's been smooth sailing since the OK. Customer service are polite and available, although I contacted them in French- not sure about availability for English .

I think that unique casino is not recommended for those who play often at casinos. They have multiple method of depositing but you have to be careful because the unique method to withdraw your money is wire transfer. So you can wait a whole month to receive your winnings.
