The Palace of Chance actually has a decent platform and "feel" to it, however, I did not appreciate how difficult the customer service was in my one and only dealing with them here. I used a free chip at the Palace of chance casino today and cashed out at $100. I'm not a fan of RTG gaming but it was kind of fun. I received an e-mail congratulating me of my win and informing me of the processes to withdraw. All standard practise. I then looked on LCB and noticed the yellow triangle next to PAC and read the reviews. I logged back in to PAC and opened up a chat box with a LIVE PERSON operator and explained i had a $100 withdrawal but had seen the reviews on here and decided to cancel the withdrawal, LOSE the $100 and close my account instead. As i explained all of this to the operator, i had cancelled the withdrawal, lost the $100 and all done before the operator had typed out a return message to to me.....It explained that although i had a $100 win it wouldn't be cashable owing to myself not depositing with the casino. Now about 2 months ago, i tried signing up an account and was told I already had one AND it had 45 dollars appreciation chip deposited. I made my playthrough and cashed out for max, which was only 90 dollars. On 4/26/10 i made my request and got approved for \"overnight express check\" on 5/10/10. so that is right at 10 business days. I am doing good so far.
